How many hours of sleep at night and how many naps for baby chicks?

It seems that some chicks are sleepier than others. They all get the same amount of light at night but the smaller ones want to nap more during the day but get trampled by the larger ones that want to eat/ run around. What's normal???

If they are getting trampled you might need to separate them
