how many nestboxes?

Quick question ive 8 hens 2 of which are bantams. Thinking of building on external nest boxes to the coop. How many would be needed?

Two. Size of the chickens doesn't matter, bantam or full sized.

The rule of thumb for small numbers like this is one nest for every 4 hens. I've done it and it works.
