How many nesting boxes per hen do y'all reccomend?

Lol mine might turn out the same way! Theyll have about 8 boxes in there in case we choose to get more chickens

Have had 4 nests with 22 birds and wish I'd had 1 more.
Put a fake egg in each nest to help 'spread the love'.
