....Turkey! Or did mine have some twisted and strange flavor? I was just surprised at how close to turkey it tasted! It was good though!

The frog and alligator I've had tasted like a chicken that had been eating exclusively fish and fish byproducts, however. I've never had goose though, but will be soon. I've very curious to see how it tastes.

the bolded ones taste like snake and rabbit respectively to me and my husband

never could figure out why people say they taste like chicken... cause to us they don't!

I will say that home grown heritage turkeys taste a heck of a lot better than any grocery store turkey I have ever had!

Because...if you tell people that frog tastes like frog, and snake tastes like snake...they won't usually try it...but if you sneak it in and says "It's chicken" when people ask what you made for dinner...they MAY just go for it...

It's all a mind game I think...just saying...

Snake doesn't taste like much of anything except the seasonings it was breaded with. It sure doesn't taste like chicken.

Rabbit tastes closer to white pork loin than chicken.

The only time I had frog legs, they tasted like fish, and not very good fish.

The people who think everything tastes like chicken don't have a very well developed sense of taste.
