HOW MANY ROOFS IS TOO MANY?

Newbie here. I'm going to build a covered, walk-in run with coop situated under the run roof. Do I also need to roof the coop independent of what's already covering the run??
 
I think you can make it any way you want. I would certainly consider the weather where you live as to how much you want to close it in.

If you want to keep wind out, the roof needs to be attached to the coop itself
 
Hmm, and thanks.! Boise isn't typically very windy but we do have an occasional windstorm or two. I'll probably go ahead with the coop roof since I like building things and just because I think I can.... And if I ever figure out how to post pictures from my cell phone I'll share our progress.
