How many roos to keep?

So I ordered 11 bantams from ideal ( Millie-flure D'uccle, Dutch, and Japaneses), Out of all of them, 7 are roosters

I know I can't keep all the roos. So how many should I keep? this is a show flock if that makes any difference

God, I hate it when they do "males for warmth" myself.

I'd separate the breeds, and keep 1 rooster for each breed. If they've made it so 1 entire breed is roosters, (

) you should only keep 1 of them.

They didn't send any packing peanuts, I ordered them as straight run...

oh ok i would keep one of each breed rooster but i would make seperate runs/coops for them so you dont get fertile eggs.
