How many roosters do you have freeranging together

5 but am about to whittle that number down to 2 here in another month. I have more up and coming roos to grow out, so the older boys get to go to freezer camp.

Fifteen and about 66 hens.

One BA cockerel with 25 girls.Every time I have had more boys at appx. 2 yo they want to kick each others butts so we just eat the uneccessary boys now. I will seperate the rooster in spring with chosen girls when I want to breed/hatch.(I wanted to add that even the boys raised together got cocky attitudes as they got to 2 yo)

I have 1 RR, 1 Sex Link, 1 d'Uccle, 1 English Game, 1 Silkie, 1 Bantam Cochin and 1 Std Cochin for a total of 7. All free ranged with about 20 mixed bantam and std hens. Everyone knows their place in the pecking order. Occasionally someone challanges and is put in place by the other guys. The biggest problem I have is the Roo vs Gander disagreements and the Roo usually wins.
