How many seramas could I keep?

Um based on what I’ve read it seems like quite a few people keep a Serama roo with 2-3 hens only so if you were able to do 4-5 hens it would probably work. You’d just need to make sure that he’s being gentle on the hens and be prepared to remove him from them if need be. I think... don’t believe me until someone more experienced comes along to agree with me or tell me how wrong I am...

I have 4 girls and 1 Serama boy. 2 girls are currently broody and Nugget the roo hasn’t been overbreeding the 2 girls. Actually I’ve never seen him near one of them lol.

Hmm well now I’m thinking if I should keep Serena’s or silkies lol I mean seramas are very difficult to find in my area silllies I know where I could get them and I’ve always wanted them but I’m just thinking, no plans yet

Well if you want seramas, I have breeding trios and am NPIP. Am PT and AI clean and can ship. Breeding trios are $80 and I have smooths and frizzles.

Serama can live with less hens than other breeds without over breeding issues, I do pairs or trios.
