How many seramas could I fit in a coop designed to hold 4 to 5 standard chickens???? And depending on how many you say could be in there for breeding purposes how many boys and girls???

You should be able to fit about six Seramas in a coop of that size.
You should probably get one rooster and the rest should be hens if at all possible. There's less bloodshed that way.
