How many should I attepmt to butcher in one day?

Thank you all for your replies. I will definitely do the first one all the way through. After that, assuming I can kill it, I was going to bleed two out, then start bleeding two more while I pluck the other two. After I hit six, I figure I will evicerate the 6 while two more are bleeding out and start the whole process over again. When I don't think I can do any more, I will collect them from their ice bath and start packaging them. Thanks for the encouragement and guess I will be starting around 630-7am tomorrow. I REALLY have to do this for two reasons. One, I enjoy the thought of knowing how my food was handled and where it came from. Two, people at work are betting that I won't be able to go through with it. I am just to darn hard headed to let them win. Here I am crossing my fingers and saying a prayer that all will go well tomorrow.
 
Wish you well. I know my first time was nerve racking....just remember we do this because we appreciate our chickens and by raising our own maybe a few less will have to live a commercial existence. Happy Harvest!
