Well, the groats didn't take. The seed husk is very soft on them compared to the wheat seed and I probably soaked it too long.
However at 7 days, the wheat is clearly ready.

The tray is 10"x20"x2" deep.

Thanks. I went to the feed store yesterday and got a 50# sack, just put a pound of seed in water and they will hit the tray tomorrow.
I will post a day by day. I think I may run a 5 day cycle this time.
