I've reported, two or three times. They have been on contentious threads where opinion crossed the line to flaming or personal attacks; both against the rules. I think I have once reported a minor putting in too much personal information.

I reported Nifty-Chicken once, for defending Post Offices.

I've also reported myself once for purposely being obnoxious to an anti-prayer person - showing the love of the Lord by being obnoxious - does it get any better than that! I needed to be stopped before I did further damage. I learned my lesson though. I'm the very picture of calm compassion to all people now.
