how many weeks does it take for standards to get all there feathers

Depending on breed fully feathered between six and eight weeks on gamebird starter. On warm days I take even chicks in the first week out (70 degrees up) for time in the sun.

A mother turkey or hen starts them out in pretty much all weather for at least a few hours every day, takes them in before they chill.

I put mine with a brooder with outdoor access at four weeks in spring. They can go in and get warm or go out, rain or shine. I shut them in at sunset.

Our temps have run 50's to 80's quite a bit of rain lately. Over winter I didn't let them out before six weeks minimum.

But eight weeks I'm not even worried they're avoiding the brooder and brooder light, going in with the adult groups, into the adult coop instead.

Exceptions have been the sizzles - who seem to prefer the extra warmth at night regardless but they're both banties and differently feathered.
