I have barred rocks, rhode island reds , new hampshire reds, and EE's, at what age to they pretty much reach adult size?
how many weeks to full size?

Weeks?
My guess would be more about 5 months old. 5X's 4= 20 weeks, so 20 weeks & those chicks should be nearly full grown.(just my opinion)
