How Many Weeks Until Most BRs are Feathered Out?

Is there an average time it takes for most Barred Rock pullets to feather out?

I plan to keep them inside until they are feathered, as I'd read once they are feathered then they can move out to the coop. Is this ok?

That is true and every bird is different. Look all over the bird and see if there are any remaining tufts of down, under the wings too.
