How much Baytril

Do I do baytril twice a day or just once? The vitiams I have can he take while on baytril? I’ll get better ones at tractor supply this week. Just trying to get him better ASAP

Baytril is twice a day orally. For now I would not use the vitamins you have, just fresh water is what I would give.

This was a long long thread. . the lady eventually took her duck to the vet. . I don't think they ever really knew what caused it but it required a couple surgeries. . and lots of maintenance to recover.

Not the news I really wanted to hear. I’m a single mom and I cannot afford a vet. I’m going to keep up what I’m doing and pray that he makes it. Since I have been giving him Baytril he seems to be looking better. I just have to get that hole to heal and him walking. I will be going to tractor supply today after work and getting vitamins and different feed.

Ya. . I wish I had some better answers for you. Maybe it's not the same thing. . maybe it's just a breast blister and it will heal.
Just do the best you can I understand not going to a vet. I can't justify the cost of a vet here myself.
I'll do what I can to treat at home and if/when I feel the bird is suffering unnecessarily or putting the rest of my flock at risk. . I will put it down.

I just bought all flock feed, poultry cell and vitamin b. I’m trying to figure out how this thing is going to heal. He lays on it all day so it’s hard to keep it dry. He still gets pool time but he lays in his own poop on the sheet in his cage all day. Yuck! I’m trying and I’m not ready to loose him.
