How much bigger will my chicks get?

The chicks are three months old and are only about half as big as their mom. How much bigger do you think they'll get? Their dad was a silkie/cochin mix and their mom is a buff orpington. They were all eating layer crumbles and I just started trying to feed them meat bird crumbles. We have other chickens that are about five or six months old now and they always peck at them. I know this is the pecking order and that it is normal but we already have a rooster and he's getting big and we aren't planning on getting rid of him for a while. Also, do you think that they are boys or girls? I have no idea. If there's a better thread for this please tell me.

Do you possibly have a picture of their father ?? If so can you send it so I can try an estimate it

I'm guessing about halfway between the size of the mother and the size of the father.

Also, do you think that they are boys or girls? I have no idea. If there's a better thread for this please tell me.
