How much bread and eggs are okay?

I have the opportunity to get free day old bread and wonder how much is okay to give my chickens? Can they have bread every day? I have 30 laying hens and 5 roosters who until now have only been given bread occasionally. We also have 25 two week old Cornish Rocks, 4 two week old Americana's, 3 two week old Turkens and 4 that we aren't sure about yet --- but obviously won't be giving them any bread anytime soon. Also, how often is it okay to give them boiled eggs? The older ones free range for about 6 hours a day but I am still trying to figure out what is okay to supplement their diet with. I have seen the lists of what food and treats that are okay and have found much that they like. I am just unsure how often is okay?

I don't know about frequency of the eggs, but with the bread think of it as giving your kids candy bars and soda...small amounts every once in a while is ok, but only after they've finished their supper!!

I've been giving them chopped up boiled eggs approximately 3 or 4 times a week and wondered if I was overdoing it. The bread was maybe once a week or so, but I was hoping I could do it more often since I can get some for free now. Not worth it of course, if it would do more harm than good.
