How much cow (meat) fat is OK for chickens free ranging?

My chickens can roam as far as they wish (lucky me) but most are happy to stay close to their commercial feed waitress (me!).
However, I have some clean cow fat from a recent slaughter. I'd like to give them some in small chunks.
But how much is too much?
I don't give them any treats, just what they catch free ranging and their commercial feed.

Also would they benefit from "fatties" (partially baked cow fat).

since it's winter in your country, I think there isn't too much. Chickens that are allowed to free range are very good at self regulating.
Partially baked cow fat is also good.
If your chickens think it's too much, they'll leave it.
The 10% rule makes no much sense to free range chickens.

Thanks! You have been a great help!
