How much feed do you go thur in a month?

I have 14 chickens 2 months old
1 duck also 2 months
And 3 turkeys 2 mouths old.
I fermented food and had dry always available to my animals and they have gone thur 1 50lb bag every 2 weeks plus they eat table. Is that a normal amount of food ?

I have 8 hens and I go through about a 50lb bag every 5-6 weeks or so, so that sounds fine.

My chickens and ducks go through over 40 pounds of food a day. I honestly don’t know how many ducks I have and I haven’t counted my chickens lately but I’m guessing more than 20 and less than 40 . Ducks…more than 100 for sure. But is it 200 ducks? 300 ducks?

So…I go through over 1200 pounds a month.

does anyone want some free Muscovy ducks?

Quarter pound per hen per day. Ignore the roosters as they eat very little unless they are growing out. If you are using more than that you are feeding wild birds or rodents.
