How much feed?

I am a soon to be new chicken owner and wondering how much feed a flock of 12-15 chickens will go through per month? I will throw kitchen scraps and such, but want to know how to budget. Thanks.

Bahamas is right, you'll probably get more responses from the Feeding section, but just as a data point, my flock of 24 free range, get kitchen scraps, and go through an average of a bag of pellets every two weeks.
