Yesterday one of my 10 week old pullets got something lodged in her throat. It took us over 2 hours to get whatever it was to go down. Now she has a lot of mucus build up from the trauma of choking, and she can't eat or drink on her own.

My question is, how much food should a 10 week old chick be eating every day? We don't want to under or over feed her. We have been feeding her watered down food with a syringe every 2 hours, but we aren't sure how much to feed her.

Yesterday she didn't get enough food, and she woke up this morning with no energy. We mixed a tablespoon of feed and a tablespoon of water to make a paste for her, and she are about 80% of that. Within 10 minutes of eating she gained a lot of energy and went racing around the coop a couple of times.

Should we just be giving her a tablespoon of food every 2 hours? Or is that too much food? Any input would be very much appreciated.

I would think it varies for each bird, based on there maturity rate and other factors. I would feed her until her crop is full daily. I also think it's better to have a fat bird than a skinny one if that helps.
