How much grain do your goats eat?

How much grain do you feed your goats? We feed a half cup twice every day for both goats because that Is what we were told by the person we bought them from. They seem healthy and a good weight, but it seems they should get more. Everywhere I read says they need more, such as Fiasco Farm. How much grain do you feed? Note: they are 3 months old nigerian dwarves.

None mine are free range only with a mineral block. During the winter they mostly live on hay with an occasional treat of oats or something like that. I have 3 nigerian dwarf goats and they mostly run with our icelandic sheep.
