How much pumpkin is too much?

For my flock, free pumpkins are not a treat. My feeding more than they could possibly eat works well for me, and seems to work just fine for them. Leftovers just compost naturally in the deep litter.

I cooked some pumpkin for my flocks last night. Today i took it out there and sat and watched. They were suspicious at first, but after they tried it they ate every speck! Both the Speckled Sussex and Polish! The guineas ignored it. I wonder if they would like uncooked?

Thanks, they all have heads too! I love Speckled birds! I want Tolbundt Polish!
