how much selenium do i give my wry neck bird?

I've looked all over town and finally I found selenium. Its a separate pill. I know I need it for the absorbstion of the vitamin E just I'm not sure how much to give? Can someone please help me? I know too much can be deadly so I don't want to over do it. please help! Is it half a pill? 1/4 pill what? Thanks for helping
