How much should I add to 150 lbs of feed?

So I'm just abut out of feed. I want to add some new things to my birds' feed to see if it helps any before I mix it all up. So here's my questions...

How much cinnamon should I add for 150 lbs of feed? And how much food grade DE should I add per 150 lbs of feed? Any other nifty things I can add to their feed?

I add 2% DE to my feed... I think that would be 3 lbs of DE? No idea on the cinnamon.... what does that do?

The cinnamon helps prevent respiratory diseases and is just a good thing to eat. Helps with the heart too.
