How much should I sell black shoulder peachicks and their feathers??

I got my BS pair at 6 months from Four Oaks Peafowl Farm, paid $65.00 each.
Got my first - couple day old - peafowl from idk where, some guy in buffalo, paid $35.00 each chick, got a white, silver pied, pied and purple bs. he didn't know what any of them were, let us pick. I just picked four that looked as different as possible. the white died that's why later I got the bs pair.
anyways, that's all I know for pricing... I know a lot of people ask a lot more.

Also, FYI, if you do a search here you will see that planning to raise peafowl as a moneymaking operation is never strongly endorsed.

As far as I can tell it seems to be at best a break-even enterprise!

true, true, you must just love them But hey, if you're like me you don't have enough room to keep all the babies anyways. and selling eggs and chicks def helps pay for feed Why not spread the love??

At best you may get $1.00 each for nice tail feathers( so approx. $100.00 per mature male per year) as for BS chicks we sell them for $30.00 each unsexed. You are definitely not going to be able to quit your day job by raising Peafowl. I make enough to cover the cost of having 30 of them, but not much more.
