How much should I feed 6 pullets daily***Someone please help***

How much feed should I throw out daily for 6 pullets. They are about 10 wks old. I just got them yesterday. I am feeding the grower feed w/ crushed corn mixed in that I got from a farmer. Im just wondering the correct amount (1 cup, 2 cups etc.......) I should throw out to them daily.

why don't you put a feeder in their coop or run, fill it up and let them have free choice? Then you don't have to worry about them having enough or going hungry. Just fill up the feeder when it gets low.

I plan to do that but untill then I wanted to know how much to feed. I cant make it to TS until later in the week.

if it helps any, my hens (9 mos. old) eat about 5 oz./day of layer crumbles.

My rule of thumb in a LF chicken is one heaping handfull per bird a day is adequete.

Well I would full feed the grower. (give them all they want to eat) I would only give about 1/2 to 1 cup of the corn a day. With that said 1 of my Large Fowl breeding pen of 5 hens and 1 rooster will eat about 2-3 Lbs of Layer/Breeder a day.
Now my pullet growing pen has about 50 pullets from 2 months to 8 months will eat about 30 Lbs of Grower Crumble a day...
