How much should I sell my chicken coop for?, MD

If it were me I'd just keep it, it would make a great breeder/quarentine/whatever coop. It doesn't really matter if the coop is worth $800 if nobody is willing to pay $500, price it out at what you think you can get. I'v never bought/sold a coop so i have no idea, probably materials plus $200-300

Here, new, unpainted coops nowhere near as nice as that are listed on Craigslist for $600-750. If you really want to sell, I'd ask $800 for it and see how it goes.

Thanks everyone. I try to keep it very clean. I do use the deep liter method during winter and it does need a good cleaning not but it does not take long. I don't separate my flock for breeding. I have Orps, Barred Rks, and Favs. All were hatched at different times and introduced the same. So my Orps stay together and my Favs stay together, and well my #1 roo is Jasper my Icon. He is from Cynthia's flock and he only breeds the Orps and BR. I have have my girls raise their own chicks and actually they all share the duty. No problems.
