How much space do I need?

Hi all,

I was just wondering I have a 4ft by 6ft coop and a 11ft by 6ft pen. I have 5 silkies, a Ancona, a German Langshan and a Khaki Campbells duck already, is there enough room for any more or is that about my limit? I would really like a couple of Polish Bantums.

5 sf per bird in the house, plus 10 sf per bird outside in the run.

2-3sqft in coop and 10sqft in run --per bird

I think you are maxed out if you intend for all 8 to stay in coop and run together all the time.

I definitely would not add anymore. You are at max capacity.
