How much space do my turkeys need?

Hi, I have 3 turkeys that are only 3 weeks old right now but I was wanting to know how much space they will need when they are full grown..? They are Royal Palm turkeys if that makes a difference. And if they needed to be loose during the day, would they be able to get away from predators? (I have some dogs that might chase them.)
Also, when should I be able to tell if they are toms or hens? And how?

I have all the same questions you do, just more turkeys (15) coming between June 4th - 5th. Nervous and excited!
