How much space for 8-12 week old chicks?

I have 15 eight week old chicks. Their temporary setup gives them just under 1.5 square feet of coop space and just over 3.5 square feet of run space, giving them all-day access to 5 square feet per bird. Is this sufficient for the time being? They are still too small to let out with my bigger hens, but getting big enough that I want to make sure they won’t end up overcrowded for at least a few more weeks.

By 12 weeks they should getting the same space as an adult.
