How much space for bantams in wired cages?

I raise and i am starting to breed Bantam Brahmas. I Am looking to purchase show cages for holding roosters (etc..) and I would like to know the space requirment for one bird per hole.

As you know, more is better. My smallest cage is 30" by 17" which isn't really big enough but is my favorite because of the small mesh wire floor. Consider it the minimum size. 30" by 40" would be a palace by cage standards but small is okay.
