How Much Time do I Give Eggs to Hatch and Take Hatched Babies Out?

Yesterday was day 28 and out of 10 Turkey eggs I had 5 hatch and out of 4 chicken eggs I had 1 hatch. They started hatching early morning and the last one hatched late last night. I noticed there was a pip on one of the eggs last night, but no progress this morning. Today is day 29 and I have not opened the bator to take anyone out. How long should I give the rest of the eggs to hatch? How long will the babies last with no food or water? I don't want to take anyone out since that is what ruined my last batch, but not sure how long to wait.

they can stay in there a couple of days and be fine. Pip to zip can take over 24 hours

they can stay in the incubator for up to three days, if need be, but I have heard some people say that the chicks may cause some of the eggs that haven't hatched to become "confused" as they get tossed around from all the movement.

I'd give it until the end of today - if you have the incubator in a bathroom or a room in which you can heat up and make moist (like starting a hot shower), get the room hot and steamy, open up the incubator and take out the chicks - this is also assuming they are just about dry. I have successfully taken chicks out and they looked soaked, but they immediately go on a towel underneath a heat lamp.

You should give the rest of the eggs another 2-3, maybe even 4 eggs. I just had a batch where I had NOTHING until day 24! Then the pipping started. It killed me not to open up the thing and inspect, but you just have to.

Currently I'm on day 29 with duck eggs - some rocking yesterday and this am, but so far no pips. The wait is killing me!
