How much to feed?

I leave food & water out for mine all the time....Looking over my flock, I honestly can't find a fat one...They all seem just right & happy!

I leave feed and water out all the time. None of them look or feel too fat, of course they get some scratch, weeds and bugs, and kitchen scraps too.
