How much Tylan 50 to give a small banty?

Does anyone know the dosage I would need to give my small banty? This is for respiratory illness. She's still hanging in there and I'm not giving up.

She's not much bigger than a softball and only weighs 1-2 lbs.

The Tylan 50 says it's only for cattle and swine. Are you sure it's safe to give the chicken?

Thats what I gave mine, but my bird was an adult. I gave him 1cc in the breast muscle.

give all chickens under 6 months 1/2 cc of tylan 50 and all chickens over 6 months 1 full cc of tylan 50.

Tylan can be used on chickens, rabbits, pigeons, and dogs as well as cattle and swine.
