how much would pet quality Silkies cost?

I have no clue where I should post this :S Anyhow, How much would a silkie hen (pet quality) cost? silkie roo? the same thing with d'uccles, silver sebright, and white japanese bantams? They're ALL bantams. I'm pretty sure nobody is going to answer this

Pet quality? You can get them from a hatchery for about $3.00

i hope $10 or less im going to ohio natioanals to get some for breeding and i know my mom wont pay much more then that for a chicken

Under 10.00 for sure... I've been selling SQ and PQ birds for $5.00 just because I have so many and need to make room... I could probably get 3-4 times more out of most of mine if I had the room and could wait for the right buyers.

i got mine at three months old from a woman who raised them from a hatchery. its cute enough and worth the tenner

rooster = grown up

I doubt white leghorns are more expensive than the silkies :S white leghorns cost about $10+ silkies can't be $3

Hens $10.00 Roos here are often free even Silkies and bantams rare breed lf all free some you will see around $3.00 unless they are higher quality show quality breeder bird prospects.

Around here you get "pet" quality silkies any where from 1.00 to 6.00 and that is for pullet staring to lay and older..
