How often do you have to replace the floor of your coop?

If your floor needs to be replaced then something's not right. Either you didn't elevate it and it rotted from rainwater pooling around it (even walk-in coops need to be up on cinder blocks or something if they have a wooden floor, never on the actual ground), or you had a very poor litter management system inside and allowed the litter to get wet and stay wet long enough to damage the wood. Both of those situations are serious problems that should be avoided. Coop should be up on something, even if just blocks, and the litter should stay absolutely dry, if the coop has a wooden floor.
