How often should i feed my Pekin ducklings?

Just wondering how often i should feed them… i leave food out for them 24/7 and they are 3 weeks old. Every time I see that their feeder is empty, i just keep adding food. When should i start feeding them less?

At about 8 weeks. They have water all the time, too, right? There is a choking risk if you don't.
