How often should they feed at 4-6 weeks?

If they are not able to free range, how often should you feed the chickies between 3.5weeks-6weeks?
And how often do you feed them?

Food should be available every waking hour for them. Food and clean water all day every day.

Chickens do not eat "meals" they eat throughout the day.
