How often should three silkie hen pets be checked on by a career when I’m away on holidays.

When I’m home they are checked on daily, a bit hard when away on holidays, man I get to check on them charges $15 a visit so pretty expensive when away for 4 weeks.

Don't you have relatives to help you or friends for this situation?

Test it, put all the feed and water setup. Then just observe them at home for a month but don't intervene. You need to see if what your stating is possible. Trial and error scenarios.

Does the man clean the coop while he's there? Or do you run a deep litter method? I scoop poop daily under the roosts, I can't imagine a week with poop build up!
Looks like your waterer is good for a few weeks then but still if something broke on it for some reason it stopped working / froze ? Someone would need to check more often then once a week.
What is your feed setup like? Just an open feeder? - what about mice/rats taking all the food if its left out?
Last Winter we had snow and it broke part of the coop, I can't think what would have happened if I wasn't there to fix it! Snow/ bad wind/ storms etc.. Is you coop weather proof?
You leave the coop door open at night? Don't you have predators?
... Alot to think about before you go away when you have animals!
