How often to clean my coop?

I use a kitty litter scoop on the poop tray. Shake it a few times, and the excess PDZ falls through. I have wide drywall spatula to scrape up any poops that are stuck to the board. A thick layer of PDZ keeps them from freezing to the board in the winter.
