How often to handfeed 2 day old quail

I have a little one that hatched bad. Grew in the shell not so right, I've been feeding it by hand ever 1-2 hours just what mash/water I xan get it to take off a spoon.

Any idea how much or how often I should be doing this?

Sorry can’t help you, problem chicks meet scissors. If a chick cannot eat or drink on its own my guess would be they are suffering. My advice is to cull.

I have to agree with @RoosterML . Pictures would help in case it's not as bad as it sounds, but if a chick didn't develop right in the egg, it's chances of survival aren't good.
