Our 3 month old Frizzle Cockerel has begun trying to mount his favorite 3 month old pullet. They were raised together as chicks with another Bantam but he prefers her company.

I spotted him attempting to breed her while I was filling up the waters today. She didn't like it so she kicked him off before he could do anything and ran off away from him.

How often will he attempt to breed her each day?
When should I expect him to start breeding the older hens? (They currently beat him up)

Huge thanks in advance!
I'll get photos of Mr Frizz and his girls as soon as possible to show.

Mr Frizz and his 2 girls. Red Cochin Bantam is Rusty #2 and the white Cochin Bantam is Tiny(Snow White).

Ignore the butt on the left. I didn't realize until after I took the photo.
And yes I know they're not supposed to be out of their yard. They're able to squeeze through for now.

He will do it as often as he can.
Some are worse than others.
Unfortunately cockerels mature faster than their female counterparts so it will be a while (when she starts laying) before she really tolerates it.
Some hens never seem to get used to being bred by a male.
Are the older hens bantams too?
He won’t be able to breed them until he is bigger and can dominate them.
My two cockerels are 4.5 months old and they do breed the older girls but they will still chase them off when they’re done sometimes

We have 2 one year old Black Sex Links, 1 Polish, 1 Silkie Mix, and 3 10-11 month old Blue Laced Red Wyandottes.
