How often will I get eggs?

I got my first three chickens as 18-20 week pullets late last year and once they began laying it got pretty regular within about two weeks of that first egg.

I have two Barred Rock and a Buff Orpington. The barred rocks lay literally every day, 7 days a week with only a few exceptions and my Buff Orp lays 5x a week.

Hi, Sorry about above, i pressed to soon. lol Nice to have you, you will enjoy it.
As for your concerns, with your girls laying, like you we bought 12 POL in March.
Our first egg was also a buzz. But it was about a space of up to at least 4 weeks,
we were getting one two maybe 3 now and then. I thought what is wrong with them. lol
Then wham, they all started, the same time. It is now June, and we get 12 eggs a day.
Eggs galore, i love baking and make loads, with them. But still there are to many. lol
i do give a lot away, as well to family + friends. What feed do you give them, and do you
give them treats.???? I live in UK and our weather is up + down. If it is a cold miserable
day, i make them, pasta, with a cup of rice, then sprinkle a little garlic with it. And a
touch of Tumeric. Plus add a few fresh herbs, parsley ect chopped up. Other times i add fresh plain yogurt, with chopped up fresh mint added. They love it. Myself i believe
it helps, keep them healthy. I have never had a problem with health issues, since i feed
them this once a week. But only when the weather is bad, and then once a week. Early
morning they have Layers mash with added wormer in it. Then afternoon they have
a scatter of special mix corn, greens plus other treats, mealworms. When i first had
them, i did have 2 that went ill on me. Who i nursed for 2 weeks, and they were fine.
My reasons i feed them, pasta and rice, with added garlic + tumeric, is i believe it helps
their digestive system, and keeps parasites at bay. Like with all of us on BYC all our
birds, are spoilt rotten. lol We also have our own methods of diffrent ways in feeding
them. This is why i love it here, you pick up great tips along the way. You will be on here
in a few weeks, shouting HELP what can i do with all my eggs. lol Trust me it will happen.
