How old are my chicks / chickens

I want to know how old do my chicks / chickens look this is my first time raising chickens and I only have two chicks but they're around the same age and we live Chicago and I have neighbors right next door to me so this is going to be very fun I love them so much I raised them since they were little small chicks I would do anything for them so I need to know how old they are and what's the next step for me to do
