How old are our new silkies?? Thoughts on gender??

the swap at waterloo is 10times bigger than Farmington. It rocks. It is the last Sunday of the month every month. the gates open at 5:30 I usually get there at 4:30 to get a good spot in line. you can google it to get direstions. It is held at the county fairgrounds. yes Charlie has many nice silkies, you can get a nice pullet from him. I am planing to go, he loaned me a cage in oct and I need to return it

. I would be glad to introduce you to him. I need to upgrade my white roo. oh, and some more hens, and some more cuckoos,..........

MuddyHorse, Those are beautiful!! What color do you call the first one?? Thats just awsome the way it's colored up!!!

Cool! More people going to Waterloo!!! I am going to and have ALOT of silkies (chicks and maybe a hen or two) to sell including a bunch of roos I hatched from eggs I got from Bobbi Porto that I will be taking to Waterloo.

hey Rooptydoo, I'd really really like to see some pics of him. I'd like to see some of the others for sale too, cause you know I need more.

I've got some bobbi portos in the bator now but I have yet to hatch an egg

I have tried 3 batches of different eggs.

Here is Rocky the white rooster. I would like to get $75 for him. He is just over a year and he is a very nice boy.

I have some 6 splash chicks for sale also. They are around 4 months old. They are beautiful and have the correct number of toes, good toes spacing and very nice crest. I would like $110 (or $20 each) for them. I know one is a roo. Here is a pic of them when they were 2 months. I can get better and more recent pictures if you would like.

The partridge in the pic is for sale too. I hatched him from some eggs I got from a breeder. It is a roo and has a single comb. I would like $10 for him

I also 3 blue and 3 splash chicks. They are 0-4 weeks old. I believe they will be VERY nice birds. They are showing alot of promise. They are $10 each if you take all 6 you can have them for $55. I have more eggs to hatch before the Waterloo swap so if you want more I will have more available. I also have 6 PQ chicks 0-4 weeks. Will make great pets. $2 each

The roosters will be $20. I have someone coming to look at them so I will have to update how many I have after she is done choosing what she wants. These are the boys from Bobbi. I will have to take some pictures of them if you are interested
