How old are these and what breed?

We rescued these precious ducklings from horrid situation yesterday and I am wondering if I can get your thoughts on age (estimate ) and what types. Definitely two types...Tyia

Look like little runners to me but I'm not the best on identifying breeds. They are standing pretty upright, a couple of crested. Glad you rescued them. They look kinda raggedy!

What seemed to be a normal purchase from a fb livestock poultry page, actually ended up being a rescue. The conditions these little babies were in with about a hundred chickens of all ages getting trampled on and beat up on.one had a chunk of its backside of its neck missing. Nothing oozing or looking infected it was actually healing well bless her heart...the guy didn't mention anything about the care they would need and even let the neighbor help me out rather than him actually being there...i got some dressing from tractor supply to address their wounds...electrolytes and probiotics plus niacin to help their bones...I feel so blessed to have been given this opportunity they are doing so much better!

Some just don’t see them as anything but a commodity that’s sad. I am happy you got them out of there. Look forward to seeing and hearing how well they are doing as they mature. I am sure they are 100% better than where they came from.

Thank you and you are right about how some view them. So sad. Thankful to give them a home and companionship but more than anything they make me smile and happy.

looks like runners, some crested and some not. they look like they may be mixed with pekin too! thanks for saving them!
