How old are they?

this is confusing!!!! i have no idea how old they are, i got them from a breeder who got them from Murry McMurry. these pics were taken about a week ago.

It's really hard to tell from the pictures how old they might be. Could he not tell you when he got them from MM? He's probably not really a breeder, but more of a chicken flipper if he buys and resells chicks and chickens on a regular basis.

They look about 5 weeks old, maybe six weeks.

How big are they?

The only way to know for sure is to call the person you bought them from and ask him when he got them from MM.
