They get them when they are just a few days old (just like we would if we had them shipped). But ducklings grow sooooo quickly. A few days later, they are noticeably larger - lol! So they may look much older when they aren't. If that makes sense.

I was shocked when I got mine. They went from teeny little fuzzballs to actual ducks in about 4 weeks.

Yeah it’s crazy!! Turkeys are the same way!! I just found out that the one in the pics above is a girl!! I’m so excited!!! She quacks very very loud
